Morrison, Watts, Labour &
Employment Lawyers is a labour, human rights and employment law firm that specializes in the representation of union and employee clients. Georgina Watts, former senior legal counsel to the largest private sector union in Ontario, and Craig Morrison, a former partner with an Ottawa based union side labour law firm, have joined forces to provide professional and cost effective representation to union and employee clients. Combined, we have in excess of thirty (30) years experience in advocating for unions and their members, as well as individual employees.
Erin Hallock joined our Toronto office in October 2011 while Erin Buchner joined our London office in July 2011.
We regularly represent our union clients in both interest and rights arbitration hearings, appear before provincial and federal labour boards and human rights tribunals as well as the courts. We participate in collective bargaining on behalf of our union clients and regularly appear as union nominees on arbitration panels. In addition, we conduct wrongful dismissal litigation on behalf of employee clients and provide strong representation for disabled employees.
